Privacy notice

brandsmadeclear is the consulting practice of Scott Wagoner in the Tri-Cities, Washington. This notice explains what happens to the information you share on this website.

What is collected

When you request a Brand Snapshot, the form collects:

• Your full name, work email, business name and website address (required).
• Your city or location, your biggest brand or online-presence challenge, and whether I may follow up about your snapshot (optional).
• The date and time of your request.

To block spam, the form also runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which looks at technical signals from your browser. Your IP address is used to limit repeated requests: it is stored only as a one-way scrambled value and is deleted automatically within two hours.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. Please do not include confidential client, patient or financial information in the form.

Why it is collected

Only to prepare your Brand Snapshot, send it to you, and answer any reply you send. I will only follow up with you beyond that if you tick the follow-up box on the form. Your information is not used for marketing, is not added to a mailing list, and is not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Where it goes

• Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the spam check and stores your request.
• Resend delivers an email notification of your request to me.
• Google Workspace hosts my email, where that notification and any messages between us are kept.

These providers handle the information on my behalf and may process it in the United States or other countries where they operate.

How long it is kept

Your request, and the emails about it, are kept for 12 months after your snapshot is delivered, then deleted.

Deleting your information

You can ask me to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. I will delete it from my records and confirm by email.
